Clamps are tumbled aluminum finish, they are not painted black as in some of the pictures. These pictures are representative of customer boats that might have painted them.
MEGA Live has molded cable holders that cause the hose to pucker. We suggest using black electrical tape around the hose where those molded cable holders are located.
Position the clamps so your trolling motor will stow and deploy without issues. Even if clamps are not in line with trolling motor, you can still align your transducer with your trolling motor arrow. Not every model will be able to be installed like the main picture.
