Downrod Post end mountings have a wire channel in the upper portion of the part which allows for transducer cable entry into the downrod.
This upper channel system prevents the transducer cable from leading into underwater obstacles.
A clip covers the raw edge of the aluminum downrod tube to prevent wire chafing on the downrod itself.
Post ends neck the downrod down to trolling motor shaft diameters – 1.125 inches OD.
